Please be prepared to make a deposit prior to booking your appointment. All deposits are 35% of the expected service cost and are required to secure your date and time. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your tattoo and is non-refundable.

rESCHEDULING

To reschedule, please contact the artist at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule once at no additional charge; however, any further rescheduling will require an additional deposit that will not be applied to the total cost of the tattoo. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the artist.

Late pOLICY

I understand that life happens. If you know you’re going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled. To reschedule, you will need to pay a new deposit.
No-call/no-shows will forfeit their deposits and will not be able to book with me in the future.

If an appointment is cancelled at least 2 days before the appointment, it will be moved to the next available date agreed upon by both parties. The original deposit will still go towards the appointment. If you need to reschedule i need a 48 hour notice. In the event of a freak accident, just let me know, I’m 100% willing to work with you.

Artist Cancellation pOLICY

If I, the artist, need to cancel your appointment for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, and if rescheduling is not feasible, I will fully refund your deposit. I am committed to ensuring a smooth and accommodating process in the event of any cancellations on my part.

Refunds

I pride myself on delivering exceptional quality work and strive to ensure my clients are completely satisfied with their tattoos. However, I understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. If any adjustments are needed, please contact me within 48 hours of your service. While I can make the necessary adjustments, please note that no refunds will be issued. I will do my best to ensure the adjustments are made promptly.

Re-Design Fee

Making small changes to your design is okay and won't cost you more. But if you decide you want a completely different design after we've already started working on one, you'll need to pay a new fee to cover the time we've already spent. If you ask for big changes to a design you've already approved, there will be an extra charge. And if we have to start over completely with a new design, you'll have to pay the full fee again.

Touch ups

Should you require a touch-up, please inform the artist within 4 weeks of receiving your tattoo. Rest assured, if proper aftercare instructions have been diligently followed, no additional charges will be incurred. However, if improper healing is attributed to neglectful practices such as swimming, sun exposure, use of incorrect soaps or ointments, pet contact, or picking at the tattoo during the healing process, additional charges may apply.
